📌 [Recruitment] Project Procurement Manager
📍 Location: Bac Ninh, Vietnam
💰 Salary: ~VND 1 - 1,5 billion/year (negotiable based on experience)
🗣️ Languages: Fluent in Chinese; proficient in English for business communication
🎓 Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics)
Experience: Minimum 3 years in project management at medium or large-scale enterprises
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan material production capacity for business unit (BU) projects
- Manage BOM (Bill of Materials) costs to ensure cost optimization
- Manage project risks including assessment, forecasting, and mitigation planning
- Develop and implement supplier strategies tailored to each project, aligning with quality, timeline, and cost goals
- Drive and implement supply chain strategies across assigned projects to ensure synchronized and efficient operations
✅ Requirements:
- Experience in managing large-scale or strategic/key customer projects
- Solid understanding of BU/business group operations
- Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills, able to work under pressure
- PMP certification or experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus
